Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume launch periods.

Returns
Because Cheeky Dates is a food product, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

But we want you to love your dates. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll make it right whenever we can.

Lost or delayed packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. If your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors, your building, or the carrier first.
